What to Expect
This Session will consist of two parts: Self-Checks and Recovery Breathing
Self-Checks help you become more aware of factors that affect your physiology.
Recovery Breathing is used when you are tired and can help you recover.
This Session will require you to set up and put on your Polar H10 heart rate monitor. Details of how to do so are included in the beginning of this session.
This quizzes are to ensure participation and assess understanding, however your scores are not important in terms of course certification.
